The staff were helpful, especially sandy at reception. She suggested a volcano tour, that ended up a highlight. breakfast offered fresh options made to order. the location suited me. I wanted a quiet holiday and shops are easily accessible.
the gym has a small selection of equipment and could use an update.

The staff was very kind and helpful from the first day to the last. I reminded me of home away from home. Ms Effy, Sunday, and all the staff were very good. They provided information on activities and bookings. I am very grateful for their assistance.
The hotel lacked sufficient toiletries storage. The shower only had a small niche. It was a minor inconvenience. I hope the hotel will consider adding shelves or a small cabinet in the bathroom .

The staff is very helpful and smiley. They offer great tours. The tours stop right at the hotel door. The breakfast includes many options. It allows guests to have a different meal every day. A poolside bar and cafe is on the hotel.

I found the staff genuinely friendly and helpful! Eva, Sandy, and the restaurant team especially stood out. The hotel's location near the beach was convenient. A three-minute walk. My room was super clean, and I enjoyed watching football with other guests. The pool area was also very clean.
The hotel gym needs better equipment. There was only one working treadmill, and some weights were missing. More modern machines would improve workouts.
