i found the breakfast really good. it included fresh fruit and an egg station. there were also many asian food options. i appreciated the kind staff. they provided excellent service, were always willing to help with any questions i had.

i think the planting around the pool area is a little sparse. it could use a refresh to make it more inviting.

attentive staff delicious food convenient location

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. the location was really convenient. the staff members were very attentive and helpful . the food was delicious. I especially liked the breakfast.

the gym did not have enough towels available during peak hours.

The location is good. It is walkable to Malioboro street and malls. Breakfast offered both international and local options with indoor and patio seating. The staff was helpful.

The room I had showed wear in the bathroom. The shower barrier did not prevent water from leaving the shower area. I found the bed quite hard, so I had a poor sleep.

the breakfast had a wide range of cuisines, and sitting next to the open area was nice to enjoy the morning view.

the spa experience fell short, the massage wasn't good, and the staff didn't seem to have much training, i don't recommend the spa.
