japanese toiletsfree waterwarm staff
the bathrooms had japanese toilets, a detail i appreciated. every floor offered free water, i found it very useful. the staff was warm, a welcome i remember fondly.

the location allowed for convenient travel to nearby attractions so it was acceptable
the noise was a problem because a nightclub across the street played music until 5am daily the lack of soundproofing made it hard to sleep i also found the room quite small which was disappointing considering the price

The double room was large. A fridge and kettle were also in the room. I found a smart TV, too. The room not sketchy at all and clean. Drinking water was accessible on each floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one needs, and a workspace is available.
The street can be a little noisy.

i liked that the filtered water was just outside my door. i could fill my water bottle whenever i needed. the private room had all the amenities a hotel provides, including hand wash, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, razor, and q-tips.
there was one minor issue, i noticed that the slide was not clean.

the location is strategic with japanese street nearby. a japanese bakery, many restaurants, dessert shops, and convenience stores surround the place. it is also just a 10-15 minute walk to the city center.

yummy vietnamese coffee is available in the morning. the onsite cafe makes good coffee (i especially enjoyed it!). i found many restaurants and dessert shops in close proximity to the hotel.
