Gearhart Hotel integrates McMenamins' signature artwork with Pacific Northwest coastal style. Rooms feature king or queen-sized beds. Some rooms offer bunk beds. The Oregon Coast restaurant offers Northwest-style pub fare, incorporating seasonal ingredients from local and regional growers and producers. McMenamins' craft beers, wines, spirits, and coffees are available. The Pot Bunker Bar is available, and the Sand Bar provides a limited food menu from the Sand Trap kitchen. Any order from the pub can be packaged to go. Breakfast is served daily until 11 am.

The Swingers Lounge Golf and Fitness Center, located in the Annex, features a virtual golf center by Foresight Golf, complete with a launch monitor and golf-specific workout area. Guests can use loaner bikes free of charge from sunrise to sunset and play on a 20,000-square foot putting green. Sporting events are shown on two TVs in the Pot Bunker Bar. The hotel has been certified bike friendly through Travel Oregon.
