“Mc Arancia Resort Hotel strikes me as a place where enthusiastic staff-particularly in entertainment and service roles-try hard to overcome management shortcomings, which is a shame. I appreciate the robust pool area with its slides and the proximity to the beach, but the inconsistency with inclusive amenities and in-room comforts detracts from the overall experience. It has potential, but needs a more cohesive approach to achieve a true five-star experience.”
