rozie provided excellent service and dish recommendations i loved the classic hummus and vegan earth bowl the staff was friendly and cute i appreciated that the concierge remembered my name and the complimentary drinks at cultivate café were a pleasant surprise the breakfast was generous and the late checkout allowed for a relaxed exploration of the area

the operational manager's behavior was a bit condescending and arrogant
