i received a complimentary room upgrade . the upgraded room was spacious and very clean. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations throughout my visit.
the shower lacked a proper enclosure , and water spread easily across the bathroom floor.

adequate stay with a cleanliness concern
the location was central to everything, with access to shops and restaurants.
The cleanliness was subpar. I noticed mold in room 25 and the smell was quite noticeable. i barely slept because of it.

superb location clean room helpful staff
i totally loved the superb location right in the town center. my room was super clean and pretty big, a nice surprise. the staff were always smiling and ready to help with anything i needed they even gave great tips for exploring.
the shower had no real separation from the rest of the bathroom so it was a bit tricky to keep everything dry

i wholeheartedly endorse this location due to several factors the rooms were quite spacious and well maintained they also offered balcony or garden views the staff demonstrated really good kindness and a willingness to assist furthermore i found myself within easy reach of key attractions such as little venice and the windmills. i appreciated the proximity to various dining establishments and entertainment venues. the room was recently renovated i noticed it was bright and airy.

cobblestone streets no prior info
the hotel had a garden which was a nice addition, i guess.
dragging luggage on those cobblestone streets? not fun. plus, they didn't bother to warn me a taxi couldn't even get near the place. real helpful.

the location was a great asset. i found it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. i especially appreciated the shower available after checkout since my flight was later. the little patio space with the semi basement room was also nice.
