dragging luggage on those cobblestone streets? not fun. plus, they didn't bother to warn me a taxi couldn't even get near the place. real helpful.

the location was a great asset. i found it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. i especially appreciated the shower available after checkout since my flight was later. the little patio space with the semi basement room was also nice.

i found the staff to be very kind and helpful throughout my stay. they allowed me to shower after i checked out because my plane departed late. the receptionists were always available to answer questions and provide directions.
