Guests can enjoy freshly squeezed juice, pots of steaming coffee, homemade muffins and brioche, jams from master of fruits Alain Milliat, scrambled eggs whipped to perfection, and cheese. The drinks menu arrives as a heavy encyclopedic book of French wine and champagne, stored in Mas de Boudan's cellar.
Bistr'AU Setting
The Bistr'AU is in an authentic Provencal farmhouse, surrounded by an estate covering some 7.5 m². The more relaxed Bistr'AU bases its set menus around French classics and fresh market produce. The Bistr'AU has touches of bright colors which set the rhythm for the atmosphere. Guests can enjoy more relaxed dining in the brasserie-style Bistr'AU, and on the private terrace in summer.
