Peaceful stay with fantastic service

beautiful view friendly staff high quality
The room had a beautiful view, and the staff was genuinely friendly. I found the evening entertainment to be high quality. All-inclusive meals changed daily, so I thought the variety kept things interesting. I was like the staff was professional.
The fridge was not cooling the water bottles properly at first.

The pool was very beautiful, clean, and spacious, and the sun loungers provided were enough. I noticed fun activities happening during the day, with entertaining shows available during the evenings. The entire hotel always looked clean and smelled nicely of flowers.

The hotel offers plentiful food and beverage service from 7 AM to 1 AM. I found all the meals very excellent, and they far exceeded my expectations. There were many choices available, and each dish was very delicious.

slow service inconsistent service
the gym had machines that looked new. cleanliness throughout the hotel was satisfactory.
The cleaners stole shoes from our room on the last day. It completely spoiled the holiday. the pool bar had very slow service, and it was terrible. the restaurant service was hit and miss. It was not consistent.
