The staff provided very helpful assistance . the room was cleaned daily, including fresh towels. i appreciated the cleanliness of the pool. It was very tidy. the location offered easy access to local attractions.

a supermarket was located approximately 200 yards away. the hotel was about a 30-minute walk from the marina. reaching içmeler took about 90 minutes by foot along the coast. the beach was a short distance away!!!

the location was indeed central, very close to shops.

the breakfast service was disorganized. it felt chaotic, especially because they frequently ran out of basic items (tea and coffee cups). also, my curtain kept getting caught in the balcony door, and i had to fix it myself.

alkan hotel is just amazing. the staff are so sweet and every area is sparkling. beds get new sheets and fresh towels appear daily, i love it. everyone working here seems so approachable, it makes your stay so simple.

i did notice some noise coming from nearby bar at night. it was a bit loud some nights, but i used earplugs and it wasn't a problem.

my room had a comfy bed and air conditioning that worked perfectly. a nice balcony offered a pretty view, i could sit and read. it was very clean, and fresh towels arrived every day.

the hotel is close to the beach and shops, very easy to get around. buses stop nearby, so going into town is no problem. a supermarket is right around the corner, handy.

breakfast is a tasty turkish style with lots of choices. i always found something yummy to eat, even i'm picky. staff is very nice in the breakfast area, always happy to help.
