superb stay

clean hotel luggage assistance quiet environment

the hotel is kept clean. it shows attention to detail. the staff assisted with luggage. the hotel gave me a discount for airport transport, this was appreciated. everyone was helpful and polite. the hotel is quiet, this made sleep easy. the staff was also attentive.

the elevator is small. this may be a challenge with bulky luggage.

the room featured air conditioning it maintained a consistent temperature. the bathroom included complimentary toiletries the shower had strong water pressure.

the elevator was small it accommodated only a few people at a time.

street noise subpar cleaning

the room faced the street. it was very noisy. loud music played from a nearby restaurant all night. the housekeeping was also not great. they didn't clean the room until late afternoon.
