clean hotelluggage assistancequiet environment

the hotel is kept clean. it shows attention to detail. the staff assisted with luggage. the hotel gave me a discount for airport transport, this was appreciated. everyone was helpful and polite. the hotel is quiet, this made sleep easy. the staff was also attentive.

this may be a challenge with bulky luggage.

There is free tea and coffee available near reception all day. this is a plus after sightseeing. a nearby shop is connected with the hotel. It is owned by the same person.

the room faced the street. it was very noisy. loud music played from a nearby restaurant all night. the housekeeping was also not great. they didn't clean the room until late afternoon.
