romantic getaway
sauna experience helpful staff central location
the location was ideal, a short walk to the galzig lift. the spa was a highlight with saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, and a pool. the staff were lovely and helpful (always ready with a smile).

staff members were always happy to assist with any requests, from ski passes to local recommendations. they provided attentive and personalized service. i really appreciated their dedication.

the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. dinner included a salad bar and a four-course meal, also a cheese buffet. i found the quality of the food excellent.
