i found the reception staff friendly and helpful. the superior double room i booked was very spacious. i also had a nice view of the airport runway from my room.
the hotel pool was a little too small for such a big hotel.

The rental car return was very convenient. It was next to the hotel.
The spa was a big letdown. I wanted to relax, but a noisy family ruined it. The children ignored the quiet zone rules. No one supervised. The bar turned into a dining area with kids running around. It wasn't the relaxing evening I hoped for.
