excellent staffcomfortable bedconvenient location
the staff, including mr fawzi at the reception, provided excellent service. the beds offered really good comfort. i found the location convenient with a reasonable walk to zaytun masjid available. the breakfast service accommodated my dietary needs, preparing a vegetarian egg omelet upon request.
one minor issue was the room initially assigned was a smoking room, though i had requested a non-smoking option.

The reception staff, including Ezuddin, were very helpful. My bed offered a comfortable night's sleep. The lighting in the room was effective. I appreciated the assistance with my baggage.
The music from a nearby venue was quite audible late into the night, which I found a little distracting.

my beautiful triple room was REALLY spacious. the breakfast choices were plentiful and very tasty. i also found the staff to be really helpful and quick to respond to requests. THE hotel provides money exchange services too. COOL!
