helpful staff upgraded room old towels beautiful room

The staff was nice and helpful. They upgraded our room to one with a view of the square and park across the street.

The room was quite small, even though it was supposed to be a beautiful room.. the towels looked rather old and worn out. When I asked about the towels, I was told that's all they had.

the super nice team. they sent my forgotten item to my next hotel at their expense. i am thankful for that! the room was clean. the bathroom had bath items.
