Really good Hotel Experience
modern roomsplentiful dishesattentive staff
i found the hotel rooms clean and modern it was nice to have bottled water provided daily. salad and cold dishes were plentiful i liked the varied options. restaurant staff were attentive i always received prompt service.
the hotel is located up a steep hill this could be challenging with mobility issues

The breakfast offered a great variety of options. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean daily and included complimentary bottled water. The entertainment team, Oksana and Gonzalo, added fun activities, quizzes, and shows.
The poolside snack options were a bit limited in variety.

a balanced visit

the staff seemed friendly. the food was delicious, i think. i really wanted clear information about what foods contained meat. my friend is vegetarian, and we needed to ask the staff about ingredients sometimes.
the pool water seemed unclean. we didn't see nobody cleaning it, so i feel it was not up to standards. i also found that this hotel don't suits persons with mobility issues because it has many steps and a steep hill to get to it.
