mixed stay, some issues noted

the location worked, it was close enough to what i wanted to see.

the room smelled quite bad, like sewage from the bathroom. there was also noise in the corridors late at night.

The staff was AMAZING!!! They were friendly and helpful, chatting with us and assisting with a rental car. The owner provided a discount on massages at the spa, and they were fantastic. Our dog was comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and complimentary, which I appreciated!!!

I noticed a slight noise issue, as I could hear people in the corridors at times.

the room was equiped with a tv screen. also, the bathroom included a spacious shower place, i appreciated that.

the sound proof wasn't very effective. i could hear some noise during the night.

Wonderful City Stay Experience!!!

central location clean facilities quiet environment friendly staff

The location allowed me to easily explore attractions. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness . The quiet environment aided my focus during my business trip. I especially appreciated the staff. They were friendly and helpful. They provided prompt service and were always available to answer questions. The staff helped me secure a rental car and gave advice on the best routes to take. They were really nice!!!

The reception area sometimes experienced delays, causing waits during check-in. This was noticeable during peak hours.
