poor atmosphere staff training

i was frustrated by a few things. the hotel seemed short on atmosphere. young staff struggled with basic service, and many didn't speak english well enough. this caused misunderstandings and mistakes. i think management needs to train them better. they also advertised as 'adults only' but a lot of children were there.

i received a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room with a jacuzzi. it had spacious rooms with two bathrooms and a good view.

the staff looked quite new, so they did not fully understand some requests.

quality furnishings outdoor terrace comfortable bed

room 3402 was spacious. it included quality furnishings and an outdoor terrace with a dining area. sun beds and a bath were available. the bed was comfy and we appreciated the additional toilet and shower.

there are many steps since the hotel is built on a hillside. a buggy service is available if you do not want to tackle the stairs.

i stayed in the beautiful double room sea view it was amazing. the furnishings were high quality the outdoor terrace featured a dining area sun beds and a bath. the views from everywhere throughout the hotel seemed unreal

fine view huge terrace friendly staff

The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). the enormous bedroom featured a huge terrace with fine sea views. most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I found them quite attentive to my needs. the infinity pool offered a fine quiet space.

Really good Stay, Spacious Room and Great Shuttle

The room was very spacious with two bathrooms and an large balcony with sunbeds, chairs, a table, and a jacuzzi bath. staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help. the hotel provided a free shuttle service into town, very convenient. It made getting around easy.
