I was very happy with my stay. The location is superb, close to everything. The staff was helpful and very friendly, especially with directions and recommendations. I felt very welcome and taken care of during my time there.

uneven experience by the river

noisy air conditioninginconvenient breakfast

I encountered a couple of issues . firstly, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy each night. It made sleeping difficult. secondly, the breakfast arrangement was inconvenient. it was located in a separate building, not within the hotel itself.

the location was super convenient near ponte vecchio i walked everywhere i needed to go. the room design was minimalist and it felt very airy. i appreciated the rooftop terrace offering city views at sunset i took many pictures.
