Clean rooms. Central location
central location clean rooms warm decoration breakfast choices
The hotel is close to the church. It is also a short drive to Apparation Hill. The rooms featured warm decorations, i found them quite clean. Breakfast included many choices.
I noticed the tv showed only local digital terrestrial channels. No english programs were available.

The staff was friendly. The staff was helpful. The reception waited for my check-in until midnight because I was on Apparition Hill for novena. IT WAS great to have such thoughtful support.

friendly staff comfortable bed steep ramp slippery surface
The staff was friendly. The hotel location provides access to nearby stores. The breakfast provided a good choice each morning. The beds were comfortable.
The ramp into the hotel was steep. The ramp also felt very slippery. Access was difficult because of this. It made entering the hotel a challenge.

slippery shower tray mold on tiles
the staff responded positively to requests.
the shower tray was slippery. mold existed on the shower tiles, a considerable hygiene issue. the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room seems a notable oversight for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
