Ludington Pier House offers rooms in two buildings at 801 & 805 W. Ludington Avenue. Single Queen rooms feature one queen bed, a small refrigerator, a microwave, a coffeemaker, and a flat-screen TV with cable and HBO. Two Queen Rooms offer more floor space with a table and chairs, two queen beds, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffeemaker. Some rooms open to an inside hallway. Family Rooms include two queen beds, one twin bed, a small refrigerator, and a microwave, coffeemaker. King rooms have one king bed, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffeemaker on either the first or second floor. Two Queen Rooms with Balcony, located on the second floor, include an outdoor balcony area with furniture, two queen beds, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. An apartment option features two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths, a full kitchen, a living room with a pull-out couch, a patio with a BBQ, and dining space. Guests in the apartment can use the pool.

Guests at Ludington Pier House can use an indoor pool and spa, open all season. Pool hours are 9 am-9 pm daily. Pool towels are provided. The indoor pool deck has chairs, and the outdoor deck includes sun loungers, tables, and umbrellas. Shuffleboard courts are located on one side of the Skate Plaza. The location is near Stearns Park, featuring a playground on the sandy beach. The park is home to Art Fairs and family-friendly events, such as 'Movies in the Park.'

Ludington Pier House is near Lake Michigan Beach and downtown Ludington. Stearns Park is the city's largest beach, popular with photographers. Guests can walk on the pier to the Ludington North Breakwater lighthouse, open for tours in the summer. Another beach can be reached by boat at the Hamlin Lake Sand Dunes. Jaycees Mini Golf is also nearby. Ludington is 60 km from Manistee County-Blacker. A half-mile walk to the light is popular among fishermen.
