the front desk staff was very pleasant. they were accommodating when i needed something (that was really helpful). good communication was present no matter the time of day. they were always cute.

The rooms were not very sound proof. i could hear a lot of traffic outside my window. the tv reception was not very good. the non smoking aspect would be improved with better separation from the casino. Doors between the hotel and casino would help a lot with the cigarette smoke.
