Guests can escape to the woods in a cabin, perfectly sized for small families. Accommodations include remodeled railcars, cabooses, a diesel locomotive, and a schoolhouse. The Great Northern X215 Caboose is a recent addition. Modern amenities can be found in surprisingly well-appointed cabooses with decks overlooking the scenery and train tracks. A cozy caboose has been converted into a cabin in the woods. Deluxe touches include a fireplace and heated bathroom floor. The apartment features a tea and coffee maker and 5-7 beds. The double and quadruple rooms include a tea and coffee maker and 1-3 beds. The suite offers a tea and coffee maker.
Dining Options
Eddie's Cafe and Mercantile provides meals, souvenirs, and supplies. The Dining Car serves fresh meals featuring local Flathead Valley meats, produce, and dairy products. The Flagstop Bar is an excellent place to view train memorabilia, enjoy table games like pool, or have a cocktail.

The Inn hosts year-round activities for all ages, interests, and experience levels, including cross-country skiing, guided backcountry tours, hiking, horseback riding, and white water rafting. A zipline canopy tour west of Glacier National Park offers views of the Flathead River, Great Northern Railway, and Badrock Canyon. Location and Access
Loge Glacier National Park is 85 km from Glacier Park International. A quick one-mile drive will place you at the southern entrance to Glacier National Park, the Walton Ranger Station. Middle Fork of the Flathead is 3 km away, and Goat Lick Overlook is 3.5 km away. The Scalplock Lookout Trail, the most commonly hiked trail from the Walton Ranger Station, takes you to the peak of Scalplock Mountain and one of the manned lookout towers in the park.

As per Montana State regulations, masks and social distancing are currently not mandatory. Housekeeping services will not be provided daily in guest rooms to ensure the safety of both staff and visitors.
