cheap products broken mattress
The breakfast disappointed. Products tasted cheap. The foam mattress seemed broken. It was hard in the middle but soft on the outside. I woke up with a stiff neck.

Adequate Stay with a Few Issues

poor soundproofing worn mattress
I found a couple of things disappointing. The soundproofing was not good I heard a lot of noise from other rooms. The bed mattress was quite worn I didn't sleep very well as a result

A reasonable stay

fresh options friendly staff great location cold room loud noise loose bathroom
The breakfast had plenty of fresh options. The staff were very friendly they were cute. I appreciated the location it was great.
The room was cold and the heater was not working at night. I could easily hear everything from the neighbours apartments the noise was loud. Everything in the bathroom felt loose.

cold room stained sheets
the room was quite cold when i arrived i guess the heating hadn't been turned on beforehand and it took a while to warm up plus i noticed a strange stain on the bed sheets looked like some kind of detergent mark and the bed mattress was past its prime it dipped noticeably in the middle making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on

breakfast choice buffet item dirty chair rude staff
the breakfast was especially good. there were continental style buffet items and cooked breakfast choices. it was one of the best breakfasts i have ever experienced in a uk b&b!
the balcony chairs and tables were not clean. reception staff gave too many orders and were a bit rude.
