The Superior Maisonette provides two floors with separated living and sleeping spaces, sofa beds, kitchenettes, dining areas, roof gardens, and panorama windows. All accommodations include air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, TVs, safes, and bathrooms with bathtubs and hair dryers. Select rooms feature trouser presses and soundproofed rooms. Weekly cleaning is provided.

The breakfast room is open Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Luises restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The bar operates Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. From May to September, a beer garden provides an outdoor space to enjoy drinks and snacks.
