Overpriced stay with service hiccups

poor servicecooking class
I really thought this place would be better for the price I paid. Customer service was not up to par. It felt almost non existent, except for some occasional check ins. They never acknowledged errors they made. The cooking class seemed rushed, it felt more like I was watching someone write down steps. I booked a class at check in, but it was not actually organized, what a waste of time! I expected more attention to detail.

Underwhelming stay despite potential

fantastic poolunhelpful staffgreen water
The pool offered GREAT views.
The staff's English was not sufficient, it caused communication problems. The drinking water in my room had a strange green color. When the owner left, the manager acted like HE was on vacation. I found this unprofessional.
