A Good Stay!
comfortable bed excellent location friendly staff
The room was immaculate and the bed provided great comfort. The location is on the outskirts of the city. It is quieter than the city center. A nearby metro station provides easy access into the city center. The staff was friendly and the breakfast proved tasty.
Rooms have little sound isolation so noisy neighbors become problematic. On one night, neighbors arrived late. This made it difficult to sleep well.

The staff proved attentive. Some employees were working on their Portuguese to assist international visitors. They offered complimentary water in the reception area , alongside coffee and tea. It was a nice gesture. I appreciated the attentiveness!!!

The location offers close proximity to a metro station, markets, and various restaurants. The hotel provided convenient parking with advance reservation. It was a great advantage. The hotel features traditional decor.

charming stay near the metro
fantastic location daily treat friendly staff
the location was indeed fantastic, the metro station being so close was a great help. the patisserie next door became a daily treat, i must say. the staff were always friendly, and my room was consistently clean and well-kept!
The elevator was quite slow to arrive. The wait times were a bit long especially during peak hours.

Breakfast included sausages and ham daily though options for vegetables were not available. I saw limited choices for gluten-free alternatives .

The hotel features a parking with limited spaces, early reservation is a must. Metro access is very convenient, located only a block away from the hotel.
