Room 1002 is on two levels and features a queen-size bed with a view of the Sassi from a large French window. It includes a steep, narrow spiral staircase from the bedroom to the bathroom. Split-level Suite 1007 features a stone-vaulted bedroom and a whirlpool tub in the grotto below, plus a lounge area with a hammock. Room 1003 includes a private terrace with views. Room 1006 has one small window, making the bedroom dark. Some suites feature a living area with a sofa bed, views of the Sassi from either the bedroom or a private terrace, and some have a bath carved out of the rock. Rooms include air conditioning, a flat-screen satellite TV, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and free toiletries. Some rooms are in a separate building 70 meters from reception.

The hotel is a five-minute walk to the newer part of town and the great cathedral that towers over the old citadel.
