The hotel location was superb. It was just a minute from the famous Drosselgasse Street. Parking had been reserved, and even though i arrived early, the greeting was warm (really appreciated it). I was shown where to park, and as my room was ready, I was checked in very easily.

My room was a bit too warm. There was no air conditioning and the weather was very hot.

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location was great, right in the heart of the action. my room was clean and spacious a comfort double room.

parking was not available at the hotel itself, that was inconvenient. the hotel lacks air conditioning, the room was very warm. breakfast selection seemed poor to me and could have been better.

The hotel's location was good for accessing local attractions.

I found the evening meals not good. One night, we had a special dinner, it was very underwhelming. The service was dire and slow, with dirty plates left on the table for hours. It was a disappointing end to the holiday.
