The hotel location was superb. It was just a minute from the famous Drosselgasse Street. Parking had been reserved, and even though i arrived early, the greeting was warm (really appreciated it). I was shown where to park, and as my room was ready, I was checked in very easily.

My room was a bit too warm. There was no air conditioning and the weather was very hot.

The location was AMAZING!!! It was only a minute from the famous Drosselgasse Street. The hotel entrance had an excellent arch. I parked easily because parking had been reserved.

The hotel's location was good for accessing local attractions.

I found the evening meals not good. One night, we had a special dinner, it was very underwhelming. The service was dire and slow, with dirty plates left on the table for hours. It was a disappointing end to the holiday.
