the hotel staff was helpful.
the hotel felt dated and not all that well maintained for a supposedly five-star place. i had trouble shutting the curtains fully in my room blocking out light. these issues are bothersome.

luxury suite amazing view fresh breakfast
this hotel blew me away! i walked into a beautiful junior suite and it reminded me of pure luxury. the views of lake titicaca were amazing from my room. the breakfast had everything you could imagine it had options for any dietary needs and fresh produce too it was a beautiful fresh breakfast. i even grabbed a coffee to go each morning.
the hotel is a bit outside of the city which means the hotel is the main option for meals and drinks.

I found the hotel's location really good. The lake views were amazing, especially at sunset. the staff were cute and always willing to assist with anything i needed. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It featured many options and fresh, local ingredients. the room was super clean and very comfortable.
the wifi signal in some areas was a little weak.

the provided breakfast had a big selection. the restaurant staff was very helpful. i could see the sunrise over the lake from the location. the hotel also keeps a herd of alpacas.

Amazing Lake View and Great Service

I was very impressed by the superb taxi service. The hotel arranged a taxi pick-up from the bus station and to the airport. Staff booked great tours for me. The hotel sits right on the lake, and I enjoyed a good lake view from my room.
The carpet in my room looked a bit beat up. I think that it needs to be replaced soon.
