small room early noise
I Was disappointed by several aspects. The room i stayed in felt cramped. the noise from outside was quite intrusive. It definitely affected my stay. I could hear cleaners early in the morning. It was not ideal for sleeping in a bit.

i found the staff to be very helpful and the location was great! my room had coffee. breakfast was excellent with a good selection.
the room was small. the floors need replacing soon, as the hotel smells musty.

great location helpful staff misleading receptionist unacceptable hotel
the location was really good. it was right on the beach. the staff were helpful to me.
the receptionist misled us. she sent us to the company's new hotel next door. it was not the one i booked. the new hotel felt unacceptable to me. it reminded me of a hospital.
