Le Saint James offers 18 individually decorated rooms featuring comforts such as 24-hour room service and premium bedding. Each room includes air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a CD player, soundproof walls, a mini-bar, a tea and coffee maker, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and slippers. Rooms provide garden views and include amenities like ironing facilities, heating, a sitting area, a terrace, a dressing area, an in-room safe, and Wi-Fi. Some suites feature a spa bath. Specific room types include double rooms and suites with varying bed configurations. Free toiletries are provided.

Seasonal Cuisine

The onsite Michelin-starred restaurant serves cuisine inspired by the seasons and using local produce. Dishes include roasted langoustines with a sushi of crunchy vegetables and iced cream of boquerones, and crepinette of pigs trotters and squid spiced with pequillos served in their juices with slices of chorizo sausage. The restaurant can arrange a children's menu based on preferences. Also, there is Le Café de l'Espérance, a second restaurant in the village. A continental breakfast is served each morning.
