the room was SPACIOUS. I found it well equipped. the option to make coffee or tea was definitely a plus.
the safe wasn't working. it. I couldn't get through to reception to ask for it to be reset, so that was not useful. the gym, pool, and sauna all looked quite old.

the breakfast offered a wide choice of food. it was served in a lovely room. the hotel provided good parking conditions. i found clean and tidy rooms.
i noticed stained carpeting in hallways. doorways looked chipped and damaged. my room had wall to wall aged carpeting. this felt not ideal.

the outdoor pool was closed. this was disappointing as the weather was suitable for swimming. the pictures online showed a bar by the outdoor pool, it also was not open. the room needed some updating, especially the carpets, because they looked very worn.

insect issue poor communication
the breakfast was good and offered a decent variety (i especially liked the pastries).
I found several insects in my room around midnight, clustered near the bed and in the bathroom. i reported it to the reception, and while staff removed them, more looked later. It was unsettling. the hotel did not follow up about an item my mother left behind. I called multiple times, but never received an update.

helpful staff spacious room ample parking charging station
the front desk staff was helpful (especially with directions). i found the room quite spacious. the hotel provides ample parking. i saw an electric vehicle charging station there. (a nice touch!).
the pool's sliding door lacked a handle, so i couldn't access it, slightly inconvenient.
