The room was clean. I appreciated having tea and coffee available. the hotel's proximity to the train station was very convenient, and the staff were genuinely nice! they helped me with directions and recommendations. i appreciated that the room was quiet, despite the central location.

the area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe due to some individuals outside. i think more security in the immediate vicinity would enhance the experience

The location was near the station, easy ENOUGH to find.

My room faced the street and street noise was REALLY noticeable. Trams clanged past frequently. It made sleep difficult. I found an unsettling pub nearby. Loud patrons spilled onto the terrace. That terrible pub ruined my evenings there.

The staff were helpful, and they offered advice about local transport, useful.

My room smelled like smoke when the air conditioning was on. The bathroom did not feel very comfortable, the sink was small, and the hairdryer did not work. the location near the train station felt unsafe. Lots of drug users were around.
