the room was big enough for my family. the staff was always at the desk and they held our bags after we checked out for the whole day. the place was close to the estrangin metro so that helped a lot.

the bathroom was small. it was hard to use the sink without getting water everywhere. there was also nowhere to put my stuff in the bathroom.

the staff were helpful. they answered my questions patiently. the location is good, with restaurants around and convenient public transport available.

the bed was very soft. the ac did work, but it wasn't strong enough and the room was hot. i can't imagine how it would be in summer.
