very nice location helpful information quiet spot

The location was very nice. It placed me so close to everything. Staff at the front desk gave useful information, and they were always available. The outdoor courtyard became a quiet spot. I found peace away from busy streets.

The initial check-in process was slightly delayed. This could have been smoother to welcome guests more efficiently.
