“I found the nautical theme genuinely charming, clearly drawing from Toulon's history; the rooftop pool and bar added a touch of modern leisure, setting it apart. Its embrace of wine tourism, with the 'Vignobles & Découvertes' label, points to a deeper connection with the region. All in all, it strikes me as a place that blends location and local appreciation quite well.”
