The room was a superior double room, and i found it quite spacious. the breakfast was excellent, particularly the variety of gluten-free options available. the staff were friendly and helpful. They created a cute atmosphere.

Parking was difficult. The way down to the lot was narrow. there was a steep walk from the parking area to the hotel entrance, i found it inconvenient with luggage. the bathroom was outdated, and some fixtures seemed worn.

really good service forest view yummy breakfast

amanda provided really good service. the room had views over sintra and the forest. i enjoyed tapas and wine at the bistro upon arrival. breakfast was yummy for two mornings.

the hotel parking was occupied by staff upon my arrival, i waited two hours.

the restaurant offered a breakfast with cereals, bread, rolls, meats, cheese, and fresh fruit. hot options included bacon, scrambled eggs, and cooked mushrooms. the sea bass with lime risotto was excellent (i recommend it!).

the room included a big double bed and standard furnishings. a balcony overlooked the valley. the bathroom had a very nice shower and a bathtub. crisp linens covered a comfortable bed.

amanda at the front desk was very helpful. she carried luggage to the room. staff extended really good service. they ensured my days were really good (i really felt welcomed).

the hotel is about a five-minute walk from the national palace in the historic center. the location is perfect, walkable to downtown. restaurants are within walking distance. it is on the edge of town closer to the palaces.
