I just loved the pool, it was so refreshing! the comfort of the room was also a highlight, the beds were very cozy. i appreciated the staff, they were attentive, especially in the restaurant. the breakfasts were delicious. So many options.
the wifi signal in the room was a bit spotty at times, though it wasn't a major issue for me.

The standard triple room included comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. Plus, there was a tv with many channels! ample storage space existed with a wardrobe and several drawers. shutters kept the room dark.

the hotel features a superb swimming pool with an adjacent seating area, it is vital under the hot sun! there is a bus stop located nearby for travel into the town. on-site restaurant is very convenient.

The staff was cute. Doing all they could to help. the cleaning staff kept the rooms super clean and well maintained. Nothing was ever out of place! i enjoyed the helpful reception.

the on-site parking proved very useful. its location just outside the town allowed easy exploration of the umbrian landscapes, it was very convenient. the hotel provided a bus stop with frequent service into town. i liked the option for an early breakfast prior to my departure.
The walls are rather thin. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms. it was only a minor issue, but i did notice it.

The staff ensured check-in went smoothly and accommodated my request for information. the cleaning staff kept the room super clean. I found their attention to detail excellent. the bar staff were friendly, especially the receptionist who made an excellent aperol spritzer.

the breakfast offered a good variety of choices, with both italian and continental options. the breakfast service started early one morning to accommodate my travel schedule. the bar and lobby area provided a trendy and inviting atmosphere, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
