Lancaster House has 55 suites, ranging from 45 to 82 square meters. Suites include one or two bedrooms, a separate living/dining area, a work area, and a kitchen. Junior Suites have an extended European queen bed or two twin beds. Family Suites offer a European queen bed in the main bedroom and two twin beds or a European queen bed in the second bedroom. Each suite provides LCD TVs with a home theater system, international cable TV, Wi-Fi, a safety deposit box, and direct dialing. Second-floor suites feature private terraces. Some suites are handicap accessible, and pets are allowed for an additional charge.

The hotel features two restaurants and a bar. Gatsby Restaurant offers local and international cuisine. Bistró 106 provides light dishes and Colombian coffee. The daily breakfast buffet at Gatsby includes eggs, omelets, pancakes, cereals, fresh fruits, yogurt, cheeses, cold cuts, arepas, empanadas, breads, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, milk, and a daily special. During alternate months, Gatsby hosts Gastronomic Festivals featuring cuisine from a specific country.
