small room unsure staff
The room felt rather cramped, even when considering typical room sizes in this country. Maneuvering around with luggage proved difficult. the staff seemed unsure about local amenities. I asked about nearby bike rentals and shrines, but they couldn't provide clear directions. Some staff members also struggled with English, made communication a bit frustrating.

book theme convenient cafe really good service
I was charmed by the hotel's unique book theme it created a wonderful atmosphere. The 24-hour cafe downstairs was convenient for late-night snacks. The staff were helpful they provided excellent service throughout my stay.
The elevator was sometimes slow because it was the only one available .

The hotel is near a train station it offered easy access to various attractions. Several shops are close by this made it convenient for quick errands. The area felt safe and cute at night.

The staff stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out it was very helpful. I received a complimentary drink ticket it was a lovely perk. Staff members provided directions and recommendations they were knowledgeable about the area.

The room had effective air conditioning it maintained a comfortable temperature. A selection of books are available in the lobby they added to the hotel's charm. The hotel provided a clean and modern environment it was well maintained.

the location was convenient, close to transport links.
The room was small, even by japanese standards. i found it hard to move around in such a cramped space. the hotel also didn't offer complimentary water in the room, and the amenities were quite limited. This felt stingy for the price i paid.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the metro station and a convenience store. The staff were very lovely and helpful. They provided excellent service. The 24-hour cafe offered a nice amenity, always open for a quick bite or a coffee. I also received a complimentary drink upon arrival.
The room was quite small. Maneuvering around it was a bit challenging. I recommend it more for solo travelers than for those sharing a double bed.

kind staff efficient staff superb location little balcony small tea bag close building thin pillow
the staff demonstrated kindness and efficiency. the location proved superb, near a quiet park and a subway station. our room included a cute little balcony with sliding doors for airflow.
the provided tea bag was super small. my window faced another building quite closely. the only pillow provided was thin.
