The boot room proved quite convenient with its warming feature for ski boots. the bar area was cozy, a fire crackled. the spa was a treat after skiing. I enjoyed the relaxation it offered.

The room lacked tea making facilities. I would have appreciated a kettle.

The hotel location allowed quick access to the slopes. The ski storage room made mornings easier. I also took advantage of the cozy bar with the fire for a relaxing drink.

the location was convenient for accessing town amenities and transport links worked well.

I found the room servicing to be inadequate. Towels were removed but not replaced one day. the promised town view was largely obscured by scaffolding throughout my stay. also, i was disturbed by noise from adjacent rooms late at night.

the location was very central. the breakfast was perfect in terms of variety and quality. the spa and ski room were very comfortable and useful.

i was not pleased with the disrespectful and rude behavior of the night reception staff. there was no one to help with our luggage. also, the room keys were out of date. there was no entrance card system. there was no minibar in the room.
