Fantastic Stay Near Riverside
central location helpful team
I appreciated the convenient location. It was a short walk to Riverside and Brown Coffee!!! The front desk team was super helpful, especially with arranging my trips to Ho Chi Minh City. The breakfast provided was very good for only 6$.
The pool area did not get enough sun because the building is between other buildings. I found the lack of direct sunlight limiting, especially when I wanted to relax by the pool.

The room was clean and well-equipped. It provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The shower was really nice, with consistent hot water and good water pressure, and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel has multiple pools. There are actually three pools available to use, providing ample space for relaxation. The pools were clean, and the pool area was well-kept.

broken air conditioning uncomfortable temperature
The staff were attentive. They cleaned my room everyday and also replaced the water.
My room had issues. The air conditioning was NOT working properly. The temperature was too high. I reported this, but maintenance didn't fix it completely.

charming spot near the palace!
friendly staff lovely shower good breakfast
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. It. the room had a lovely shower. the breakfast offered a good selection of items. i've already booked another visit.
the description felt misleading. the photos implied a rooftop pool and modern rooms. it wasn't clear that the rooftop pool was actually at a separate hotel about 200 yards away. the hotel itself had a small pool.

the staff were always smiling. they seemed happy to help. their service was always first class. nothing seemed like too much trouble. the helpful attitude really stood out. we loved this part of our stay.

helpful staff clean bedroom fabulous pool
The staff was really helpful to me. the hotel was clean, even the bedrooms. i could use the rooftop pool of a sister hotel nearby. It was fabulous.
The room i had was super small. If you come with a lot of luggage, it will be very uncomfortable. the decoration is very old, and there was no hot water.
