riverside view decent pub delicious breakfast
The food was AMAZING!!! I especially liked the breakfast. It was cooked very well. The room faced the river. The bar area provided decent pub food. The whole hotel was clean and tidy.
The decor felt a bit dated.

The hostess was friendly and very efficient. She seemed to enjoy her work. Staff were helpful in arranging for a packed lunch since I left before the normal breakfast hours.

Parking was ample, a definite plus. The bar offered a selection of drinks. I appreciated the warm, comfortable room. It provided everything I needed for a relaxing overnight stay. It's great for a break in a quiet area.

The breakfast WAS excellent. It included a good cooked breakfast in a pleasant setting.
The room was small and cramped. The beds were soft. The mattresses were well worn, and the bed linen was very old. It requires UPDATING.

mixed feelings about my stay
old bed linen owners attitude
the location near the river was acceptable.
the bed linen felt old and of poor quality. the room seemed overcrowded because of too much furniture. the owners' attitude left much to be desired, especially concerning the lack of drying facilities for cyclists arriving in wet weather.

A charming stay!
tasty food comfortable room riverside location
I found the location excellent. The food was also very tasty. I was charmed with the warm, comfortable room. I was able to visit the Raiders Road Forest Drive, nearby.
My room was a bit overcrowded with furniture!

riverside location comfortable bed available dinner small room noise insulation limited hours
The riverside location offered a nice view. The room included a comfortable bed. Dinner was available in the bar, convenient after a long day of travel.
The room felt a bit small. I could hear noise from other rooms. The bar hours were somewhat limited.
