the staff was friendly and eager to help.

The room was not cleaned after four days despite my requests. food variety was disappointing, and the main restaurant always felt crowded. I waited to find a clean table. this impacted my overall experience negatively.

The food had a lot of variety. I will give them that.

The room was NOT cleaned well. The toilet was untouched. I saw my daughter's fingerprints on the mirror from the first day, and they remained. The bed linen was also not changed during my entire stay. I am not impressed.

the hotel has multiple pools, fantastic for both adults and children! my daughter really loved the water park, and we spent hours there. the food was AMAZING!!! there was such a variety that we were amazed by the different selections available each day. the snack bar and drink bar were also great additions.

i wish the early breakfast had been more readily available instead of partially closed off.

the beach was wide with sand. food had delicious variety including bars and swimming pools. the hotel offered many activities like animation and disco.

The guest relations manager was unprofessional. They did not address problems with care.

A satisfactory hotel stay

beachfront location large beach food diversity poor assistance leaking shower cigarette odor

The hotel boasts a great beachfront location. The beach was large and consistently clean. The food selection was tasty and quite diverse (I especially liked the salads!).

Reception assistance was subpar upon arrival. The room they initially assigned to me had a leaking shower. It was also located near the floor entrance, so noise and cigarette odors were noticeable.
