the front desk staff were helpful. prasenjit and monish offered assistance. i found their zeal to serve customers commendable. the hotel's location is prime (with a great view).
i found the service in the restaurant to be a little slow.

Excellent Stay on Marine Drive
quick service clean room breakfast variety
the rooms were clean, the atmosphere hygienic and all facilities were provided. service was quick (they solved every request immediately). i really enjoyed the variety of breakfast options available at restaurant l & s (chef alicia always helped at our table).
the tv mentioned english channels, but the narration wasn't actually in english (engineers resolved this by plugging in my firestick).

FANTASTIC stay!
friendly staff amazing view clean room
I stayed three nights. The check-in took ONLY ten minutes. Breakfast staff were SUPER friendly, ALWAYS ready to serve. Kids adored the waffle and pancake presentations! Rooms were thoroughly cleaned with bathroom necessities restocked EVERY day. The view of the marine drive was amazing! We also loved the food and service at the hotel restaurant.
The glazing is not sufficient, SO I heard hooting all night.

The hotel features a rooftop Dome bar where guests can savor cocktails while viewing the sunset. A SUMPTUOUS dinner can also be enjoyed at the Kebab Korner, offering great meals. A breakfast buffet with a terrace is available.

Staff members like Presenjith, Fahad, Emad, and Dipesh at the reception are VERY helpful. The staff provides swift service and will come immediately to solve any request you have. Alicia always helped to get right things right at our table.

The room design is luxurious, with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide excellent views of the sea. Each room includes a VERY large bathroom. A bathtub allows guests to enjoy a relaxing bathe while looking at the bay view.

adjustable temperature non-functional qr code
the staff is excellent and ready to help. they are approachable. i would love to mention jubilee, florence, sahil and sangam, who made my tea. chef atul and chef sneha were also great.
the aircon temperature was a problem. i couldn't adjust it. it was so cold i had to turn it off constantly. also, the in-room dining menu was a qr code that didn't work.
