convenient brickell stay
reliable internet spacious room
the room was clean and spacious with a balcony offering a nice view. the location allowed easy access to public transportation including the metromover and metro rail. i found the internet reliable and the hvac system effective.
i found the breakfast options limited with a voucher system that restricted choices. the hotel provided only a limited hotel breakfast voucher which was disappointing. this led to breakfast elsewhere.

the staff was helpful and offered support when needed. i appreciated how they answered my questions and gave guidance about transport and local hotspots. the check-in and check-out process was easy.

the outdoor pool was very appealing and well kept. the hotel also offers awesome views from the bar on the top floor, a very nice feature. i used the gym it had good equipment.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay
convenient location spacious room clean room
The location was convenient with easy access to the metrorail (I plan to use it from the airport next time!). The nearby mall, Publix, and various dining options were definitely a plus. The room was a really good size and kept very clean, and I was lucky to have a balcony too.
Valet parking felt somewhat mandatory and the staff had limited English proficiency (communication was tricky at times).

The staff was friendly (I felt welcomed), always helpful with directions and requests. They made an effort to assist with luggage storage and provided prompt responses to inquiries. service was attentive and efficient.
Facilities

The hotel boasts a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and several stationary bikes. A rooftop pool area offers a refreshing escape and provides about 20 loungers for relaxation. There is also a convenient business center.

The hotel's location provided easy access to public transportation, including the metrorail. Many shops and restaurants were a short walk away. The immediate surroundings felt safe and accessible at all hours.
