I found the location quite convenient. it was a short walk to the beach, and many restaurants are nearby. the 24-hour market next door proved useful. the receptionist minnie was helpful. I appreciated her friendly nature.

The location is great, everything is nearby. The rooms are big. They have a smart TV, I liked it. Patong Beach is only a short walk. The reception staff were helpful.
The noise from the corridors at night WAS really loud. I could hear everything when someone was coming back to the hotel. The bed IS uncomfortable and the pillow is hard. The rooms could be a lot cleaner.

The reception staff member was helpful and always available to answer questions. I appreciated the central location in a quieter section. It was very convenient.

The location is AMAZING, very close to the beach and many restaurants. The receptionist, Minnie, was SO helpful and friendly all the time. It was really appreciated.
I booked a room with a balcony, BUT I got one without windows. Only 10 cm in front of the window was a wall. They only gave one key for the room, inconvenient.
