breakfast options american style shopping experience carrera 3 elevator problems frustrating waits sunny afternoon pool

The breakfast lounge surprised me. it had both american style and colombian breakfast options. leny, our server, was the absolute best. Right next to the hotel is bocagrande plaza. you can find almost everything there. i did shopping on the carrera 3 and spent my nights in the center.

The elevators were problematic. You swipe your room key and press your floor button. sometimes the elevators would not move when called, resulting in frustrating waits. also, the hotel has several pools that are only sunny in the afternoon.

the bar and pool area, i found were convenient. it was close to the walled city. breakfast food selection was great for each day i stayed.

the two elevators to arrive at the room takes too long. you have to wait to change elevators.

i noticed the staff is friendly. they helped with any service i needed. all your staff on the first floor greet travelers coming and going. it make for a warm atmosphere.
