solid stay near downtown

helpful staff quiet room

the breakfast was good. (the coffee was strong!) the location worked well for accessing nearby attractions. i found the staff very helpful during check-in, and they answered all my questions. the room was also quiet, easy to rest after long days.

the elevators were slow. i sometimes waited several minutes. there was often a small crowd waiting during peak hours.

breakfast included several hot options. a variety of pastries and fruit, and i noticed a starbucks is located on the ground floor, offering quick access to coffee and snacks throughout the day.

the king room included a sofa bed and a large television. i saw there were ample outlets for charging devices, and the bathroom featured good water pressure in the shower (important after a long day of sightseeing).

my room was tidy. i liked how parking was easy. included breakfast felt convenient.

the gym cleaner sprayed cleanser directly on my phone and open water. she shrugged, said it was fine, and kept spraying. i had to leave because the air became filled with cleanser.

everything meet my expectations, the hotel offer a 24-hour mini market in the lobby. a starbucks is attached, including a supermarket open long hours. the room was clean and modern. the staff address any question about the ac quickly. maintenance came within ten minutes after i called the front desk.
